- Can I add Embercabin booking to my existing website?
- Yes. Copy one script tag from Booking page setup to embed the full booking flow directly in your page, or use the popup Book now button variant. Both work in any custom HTML block (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix) and show your live services and availability.
- Do customers leave my website to book?
- No. The embedded widget runs the whole flow — services, times, intake questions, payment and confirmation — inside your page. The popup variant opens it in an overlay on the same page.
- Do I need a website to take online bookings?
- No. Every business gets a hosted booking page that can be shared directly on Google, social media, email, printed material or anywhere else customers find you.
- Can I tell where a booking came from?
- Yes. Use the channel-specific links for Google, your website, Instagram, Facebook or email. Completed bookings are grouped by source in Reports.
- Can customers pay through the booking link?
- Yes. Depending on your booking policy, customers can pay the full amount, a service deposit or nothing upfront. Card payments require Stripe payouts to be connected.
- Can I make a QR code for bookings?
- Yes. Choose all services or a specific service, then download a ready-to-print PNG QR code. Bookings from scans are attributed to QR in Reports.
